Return & Refund Policy

At LaZain, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns requested after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be new or gently used

  • Items must not be excessively used or damaged

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Products must be purchased directly from LaZain (website or authorized channels)


3. First Purchase Guarantee

We understand that skincare and personal care products can be a trial-and-error process.

If this is your first purchase with LaZain and the product does not work for you, we will work with you to make it right—either through a replacement, store credit, or refund (subject to review).


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

  • Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • defective items

  • damaged products

  • incorrect items received

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us before sending your return.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item at no additional cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or complimentary products


8. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization instructions

Please do not send items back without approval.


9. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

LaZain is not responsible for lost or untracked returns.


10. Return Abuse Protection

To ensure fairness and sustainability:

LaZain reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of:

  • excessive return activity

  • suspected misuse or abuse

  • fraudulent behavior
